why are there not business services that really cater to startups? in a web2.0, SOA sense

real estate, utilities, janitorial
startup level services like voice services
HR-- documentation, policy,
Benefits-- all online
payroll
purchasing-- something that generates PO's ... approved vendors, routing of approvals,
banking-- sweeping cash, minimize checks
expense reporting
payments-- paytrust, matches to PO, all pdf, vouchering/accounting
accounting, budget
network, routers, servers, phones

Hyperconnectivity

It's been talked about... its really about personal connectivity. Seems like there are two levels...

High-speed low latency (gaming, voice, real time video, security)
Low speed, sooner or later (sync of files, back up, temp sensors)


Shouldn't something at the originator id what the requirements are for latency, and QOS
What devices come out of this?? sensors, that turn off and on and sip small amounts of power
